Collin Coggins, a recent graduate of °µÍø½ûÇø Community College’s Heavy Civil Construction program, operates an excavator at EMCC’s Communiversity in Mahew, where the program was first offered. The program will be taught beginning in August on EMCC’s Scooba campus.
